Egg Link Bracelet
Sterling silver and brass.
This bracelet is entirely handmade from sterling silver and no two eggs are identical (just like in real life!). Each egg link is connected with a handmade jump ring, and a handmade chain and clasp close the piece. There is a small egg-inspired charm at the end of the chain to finish it.

The egg series developed as I was returning to metalsmithing after many years, in a sense being the original design for Meal Ticket Jewelry. Made in a highly variable manner, the overall shapes made are unique and the process of making is quite joyful. All notions of perfection have been thrown out the window for this design; these eggs are about organic forms and process spontaneity.

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time, a silver polishing cloth can bring back the shine. Please note that these eggs aren't brought to a bling bling sparkle - - they are naturally patinated in places that help to bring out the texture.
